Optimum Insurance Consultants Oy

Optimum Insurance Consultants Oy is a new insurance broking company in Finland founded on 29.10.2009.

Our company is registered at Financial Supervisory Authority 20.11.2009, check status here.

The shareholders are Dahlberg Assurance, Norwegian Broker, Söderberg & Partners and three Finnish partners. All owners will be represented on the Board of Directors. None of the shareholders have a majority share: thus this is an independent company and can cooperate with all well reputed broker organizations.

The first employee in the company is Mr Leo Liinamaa, who joined the company on 1.11.2009. He joins the company from Marsh, Finland. Mr Liinamaa is a Board Member and also the “responsible broker” (according to Finnish Law) for Optimum Insurance Consultants Oy. The two other Finnish shareholding partners are Mika Pyykkönen and Matti Lehtola. Leo Liinamaa is especially experienced in handling international client accounts ever since 1992.

Optimum Insurance Consultants Oy is expected to be registered by the Insurance Supervisory Authority around 20th November, and by that time the company will be fully functional as an insurance broker. This enables us to offer you our support already for the upcoming renewal season.
